Insanity Day 8 Why do I workout? hmm

So its the second workout day of week two and I am feeling fantastic. Really couldn't go without a workout without feeling crap. When you have this feeling in place you can only move forward, you don't have to be that person that falls off track unless you truly want to be.

Gut = 90cm
Tighten Gut = 87cm
